Refund Policy
14 Days:
Airport Mugs has a 14 day return and refund policy for all of our aviation mugs. Customers who purchased our aviation mugs via Airport-Mugs.com have a maximum of 14 days since original purchase date to officially initiate a request for a return or refund.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or refund according to our refund policy, mug must be in original, new condition with tags and labels intact. This includes all product packaging-materials. Mug must be in the same original condition the customer received it and be accompanied by a printed copy of the receipt emailed to you. This is your proof-of-purchase.
Also, the customer must be able and ready to send us a digital photo of the defective item via email or text for review before receiving authorization for a return or refund.
Only a verified Airport Mugs customer with a legitimate claim can receive a return or refund. Items received with visible damage such as cracks, chips, missing parts, misprints, or incorrect items received are eligible for a return or refund. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to initiate a return or refund request within a maximum of 14 days since the original product purchase date.
Failure to comply with the requirements articulated within our Airport Mugs return and refund policy will result in forfeiture of your ability to receive full credit for your purchase.

In order to request a return or refund, contact Airport Mugs immediately via the form on the contact page or via email at info@airport-mugs.com. During your initial contact, provide brief details about your request. Please include your full name, email used during checkout, and the item Order Number (ex: AM1001, AM1002).
Airport Mugs wants to mitigate fraudulent, abusive, meritless claims for a refund. Therefore we reserve the right to exercise and enforce discretion in order to determine whether or not a request is legitimate and eligible for a return or refund.
Timeline:
If your request for a return is accepted and approved, Airport Mugs will send you a return shipping label to the email address you entered during checkout within 5 business days. It will include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
If your request for a refund is accepted and approved, Airport Mugs will immediately initiate a full refund of your purchase within 5 business days. Dependent upon your bank or credit card payment system, it may take longer than 5 business days to reflect a refund on your bank or credit card statement.
